We have been going here for yrs. The groomer is amazing. She had a handful with our springer and pug today. We get them shaved and she let me know my pug may have N ear infection. She is fantastic, my dogs nails were very long I felt bad I know she worked her fanny off with them. Thank you so much. Buddy and Sabrina's mom

We have been bringing Sara, our long haired Maine coon cat to Jen for a couple years now and she is the best groomer we have had for what we have done. She does exactly what we ask and is very efficient , happy family all around..

We have been using Jen as a groomer for our prior dog for several years and now with our current puppy. She is always so accommodating and does a great job. She allows lets us know if she notices something not right.
We also now use the puppy care with Rob and he is amazing and extremely helpful. He is always willing to answer questions and offering ways to help with any situation with our puppy.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful whenever we go into there. They go above and beyond to make sure they provide the best customer service along with carrying so many different brands of foods, toys and much more. I am glad we have this store and its services available for our little girl.

I was so pleased with Jack's groom at pampered pooch. It only took one hour - she only does one dog at a time - and no drying cages. My mini schnauzer Jack was adorable when I picked him up, and very calm and happy. She did exactly what I asked. I am always nervous trying a new groomer, but this worked out great. I will be very pleased to bring him back again. He is so much more comfortable now, and we are both relieved! The groomer has a very nice and gentle personality for working with animals.

Love this place...everyone is knowledgeable, great customer service, if they don't have it, Mike will try to get it! They sell quality products, lots of natural, made in the USA stuff and stand behind it. Rob is an amazing guy, he has helped me with both my pits, takes time on the phone when I have a question and I would and have recommended him to people in need of a trainer. I'd recommend Pampered Pooch to anyone looking for a great, locally owned independent business. I do not frequent "big box stores", despise Walmart and would rather spend my hard earned money on my 4 legged babies in a place like this any day!

Not sure what the previous review was about but Mike, Jenn and the rest of his staff have always been pleasant helpful and supportive to us and our pets. As a volunteer for the SCAS he has made donations to the shelter and always asks about our shelter fur babies. Thanks!!

They offer grooming and nails. Great prices and service. Best thing they take the time to offer suggestions and are careful about what they carry. Why? They care about their pets and yours!
