Pet Grooming FAQ
We’re basically dog-whisperers with better shampoo. We’ve dealt with everything from "The Statue" (who won't move) to "The Slip ’n Slide" (who won't stay put). We’ll get them clean, even if they protest the entire time.
Definitely the vacation. We use premium suds that’ll make you actually want to invite them onto the good sofa again.
Join the club! Most of our clients act like we’re trying to take a kidney when we just want to trim a nail. We’re pros at the "paw-dicure" dance.
Usually 1–3 hours, depending on if your dog is a "wash-and-go" or a "total-diva-blowout." We’ll text you the second they’re ready for their close-up.
We love our "pals" too! We groom cats, but only the ones who won't try to end us. (Just kidding—mostly. Give us a call to chat about your feline’s temperament.)
Honestly? They’re usually much better behaved when you’re not there to witness their Oscar-winning performance. Drop ‘em off, grab a coffee, and enjoy the peace.
If your dog decided to wear "Eau de Forest Creature," we will need you to bathe them at home - ask us for shampoo suggestions, because we can’t gross out the entire store. Sorry, not sorry.
